Mehmet Tatlici Said “NO” To The Charity Offer…

Except for Bedriye Kamer Tatlici, unfortunately none of the children and grandchildren of the deceased businessman Mehmet Salih  Tatlici’s first marriage replied to the offer for selling a part of his comprehensive collection of paintings and art works of the late businessman, and donating the income thereof to charities in Turkey. Weeks later, Mehmet  Tatlici, one of the children from Mehmet Salih Tatlici’s first marriage finally answered the call of Ugur and Nurten Tatlici’s for this meaningful charity offer: NO!

THE DECEASED BUSINESSMAN MEHMET SALIH TATLICI’S COLLECTION

The late businessman Mehmet Salih  Tatlici had a special interest in paintings and antiques with an art value, and turned his interest into a comprehensive collection while he was still alive. Experts state that the value of these works in the collection of Mehmet Salih Tatlici’s amounts to a total of millions of Dollars.

A VERY MEANINGFUL HELP AND DONATION OFFER FROM UGUR AND NURTEN TATLICI

Nurten Tatlici, second wife of Mehmet Salih Tatlici, and his youngest son Ugur Tatlici made an important step in order to sell a part of the paintings remaining from him, and to donate a part of the income to charities and charity organizations in Turkey in the name of the late businessman.

Nurten and Ugur Tatlici sent a letter on March 5th, 2014 through their attorneys via the 25th Notary Public of Beşiktaş/İstanbul to the other heirs.

With this letter they offered in short the following to Mehmet Tatlici, Ahmet Tatlici and late Ali Tatlici’s children Salih Ziya and Bedriye Kamer Tatlici and Ahmet Tatlici’s children Tuğba, Taha and Talha Tatlici who are all children and grandchildren of Mehmet Salih Tatlici:

To sell via a reputable auction house certain paintings and art work which take place in the collection of Mehmet Salih Tatlici and are held in the former Pilma factory building warehouse in Istanbul Kağıthane, and to pay to the relevant heirs their preserved shares after all taxes and costs have been reduced, and to donate an amount equal to the distributed amount by Nurten and Ugur Tatlici to charities…

NO ONE ANSWERED, EXCEPT FOR BEDRIYE KAMER TATLICI

However, among these heirs who include the children and grandchildren of Mehmet Salih Tatlici’s from his first marriage, only Bedriye Kamer Tatlici replied positively to this meaningful offer, but the remaining heirs “did not even tell a word”.

Therefore, since the other heirs did not reply to this sincere offer in order to make donations to charities in Turkey, Ugur and Nurten Tatlici again sent a new letter through their attorneys and the Notary Public and notified them that “it has been understood that the donation offer has not been accepted by the other heirs and they concluded that they have rejected their donation offer”. (See the news: “No response to the donation offer”)

MEHMET TATLICI SAID “NO” TO THIS CHARITABLE OFFER

Weeks later, Mehmet Tatlici, one of the sons of the late businessman Mehmet Salih Tatlici’s from his first marriage, answered to these meaningful steps of Nurten Tatlici, second wife of the late businessman’s, and his youngest son Ugur Tatlici, to sell certain paintings of the collection of the late Mehmet Salih Tatlici by an auction and donate the income to various charity organizations in Turkey, but Mehmet Tatlici’s answer to these charitable steps was: NO.

MEHMET TATLICI AGAIN TURNS INTO HIS WELL KNOWN “TACTICS”

In his reply on April 9th, 2014 issued by his attorneys and approved by the Kadikoy/Istanbul 32nd Notary Public, Mehmet Tatlici replied to the charity offer as follows:

“Since the paintings and objects in the Pilma Factory in Kağıthane which is the subject of your letter, are connected to the articles in the file No. 2010/195 E. of the Istanbul 35th Criminal Court, and your offer is aiming to effect this continuing investigation and hearings, it is not possible to legally accept your offer.”

THE SAME MEHMET TATLICI AS KNOWN TO THE PUBLIC, AND ALWAYS “THE SAME FICTION” BY HIM.

Mehmet Tatlici owes everything he has today to his late father Mehmet Salih Tatlici. However, this interesting son is fighting everything that the late businessman has left behind, especially the official will of his father, and Nurten Tatlici, Mehmet Salih Tatlici’s life partner and wife for 43 years, as well as his step-brother Ugur Tatlici from the same father.

Through an army of attorneys for whom he pays a lot of money, Mehmet Tatlici is in a meaningless fight for which he spends all his time 24/7 in order to make convicted the second wife of his late father and his brother from the same father with unjustified and unlawful claims, against whom he has a big grudge and hatred although they have not caused him any harm, so that he can reach his goals in the claims for  the annulment of the testament and action for making the inventory of the estate he raised soon after the death of his father.

This meaningless fight that Mehmet Tatlici raised against everything and everyone remaining from his late father has made him so blind that he always has a negative answer and an excuse due to his hatred even to positive steps which should be taken for the benefit of the public.

Ugur and Nurten Tatlici made a meaningful call to the other heirs and especially to Mehmet Tatlici, who raised these meaningless lawsuits, to donate to 18 organizations, charities and foundations which can only survive by donations, the income from the sale of certain paintings and art works which they inherited from Mehmet Salih Tatlici, but which are held in storages due to continuing inheritance claims.

MEHMET TATLICI TALKS IN CIRCLES, BUT ACTUALLY DOES NOT WANT TO DONATE

Mehmet Tatlici said NO to this meaningful call, just as it may be expected from him, by hiding behind his finger. As it may be understood, the children and grandchildren of Mehmet Salih Tatlici from his first marriage do not want to donate a dime to charities in Turkey from the collection of the late businessman which consists of paintings and art works.

While Mehmet Tatlici in his answer to this meaningful call tries to twist the matter with a text which is far from legal grounds, and to show himself as if he does not say “No” to this meaningful donation, he actually reveals his true intention.

There is a very meaningful step taken by Ugur and Nurten Tatlici and a very meaningful call to the other heirs of the late Mehmet Salih Tatlici, including Mehmet Tatlici, who wait to receive their shares from the inheritance of Mehmet Salih Tatlici.

However, in his reply Mehmet Tatlici states that the paintings and objects are connected to the articles in the file No. 2010/195 E. of the Istanbul 35th Criminal Court, and the offer is aiming to effect this continuing investigation and hearings and that it is not possible to legally accept your offer, which is not true like his other claims…

HOW DOES MEHMET TATLICI TWIST THE TRUTH?

This was another familiar Mehmet Tatlici manoeuver to twist the matter into other places by hiding behind verbiage consisting of legal terms…

Mehmet Tatlici filed a lawsuit against Ugur and Nurten Tatlici with unjustified and unsupported claims. The lawsuit at Istanbul 35th Criminal Court is still continuing.

However, this lawsuit has nothing to do with the donations that ought to be done. During the process of this lawsuit which Mehmet Tatlici tries to continue with unjustified and unsupported claims, some of the paintings and art works have been sent to the Topkapi Palace Museum by claiming that they are in the scope of Law No. 2863 regarding Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets.

The paintings and art works Nurten and Ugur Tatlici want to donate to charities in Turkey do not have anything to do with Law No. 2863 which is the subject of the lawsuit which Mehmet Tatlici tries to continue with unjustified and unsupported claims.

THE PAINTINGS WHICH SHALL BE DONATED AND THE INTENTION OF MEHMET TATLICI ARE ALL DIFFERENT…

Obviously, all of the paintings and art works which their sale by auction is requested have been determined and listed by the Istanbul 2nd Civil Court of Peace and (after having been stored for more than five years in the warehouse at the Pilma Factory) have been transferred with the decision of the same court on April 4th, 2014 to the warehouse Tat Towers building to be maintained there.

All of them consists of contemporary paintings and object which do not fall under Law No. 2863. Therefore, all of these paintings and art works do no have anything to do with the lawsuit at the Istanbul 35th Criminal Court as stated by Mehmet Tatlici in his reply (and which has been opened by him with unjustified and unsupported claims).

Actually, Mehmet Tatlici knows all these truths very well. But it is Mehmet Tatlici, and it is one of his known maneuvers to make things difficult, if they do not fit him …

The main thing is that Mehmet Tatlici does not want any donation to charities to be made from the paintings of which is he aware that they will not remain with him…

As it may be seen, Mehmet Tatlici is clearly hindering a charitable initiative of Ugur and Nurten Tatlici who try to keep the name and reputation of the late Mehmet Salih Tatlici alive by donations, and clearly says NO to this meaningful donation to charities by twisting the words. Everything else is verbiage…

This is the repetition of the known maneuvers of Mehmet Tatlici who is now well known to the public…

Because of these maneuvers of Mehmet Tatlici, the charities which should benefit from these donations miss out an important income…

Everything is so clear…

So we leave the judgments of such behaviors to our readers and the public eye…
